How We Help
From first enquiry to closing
Ocean Vista Shipbroker acts as a ship sale and purchase (S&P) broker for buyers and sellers of second-hand vessels, with an initial focus on dry bulk tonnage such as Supramax, Ultramax and Panamax bulk carriers.
We connect qualified buyers and sellers and support the commercial process from the initial enquiry to transaction coordination. Our founder’s Master Mariner background helps buyers ask the right questions about a vessel’s condition, trading history and suitability for their intended dry bulk trade.
For vessels at the end of their trading life, we also offer ship recycling brokerage.
Our S&P Support Includes
- Vessel sourcing against buyer requirements
- Buyer and seller introductions
- Preliminary vessel and market information
- Commercial negotiation support
- Coordination of inspections and due diligence
- Transaction communication through to delivery
