Our Story

Ocean Vista Shipbroker is an independent shipbroking company based in India. We act as a commercial link between shipowners, charterers, cargo owners, commodity traders and operators in the international dry bulk market.
We believe effective shipbroking needs more than introductions. It needs an understanding of the vessel, the cargo, the voyage and the commercial goals of every party. That is why our work in dry bulk and coal chartering, vessel sale and purchase and ship recycling is grounded in practical sea experience.

Capt. Yadav’s seagoing career gives Ocean Vista a practical understanding of vessel operations, voyage planning, cargo handling, port considerations and operational risk. He now applies that knowledge to chartering negotiations, vessel evaluation for buyers, and end-of-life vessel transactions.
